The first of our set 8 deck articles is here! I'm starting it off with something random that is actually really fun to play!
Chilled has always been a really interesting leader. Everytime it attacks you get a 10k beater token on board, which somewhat helps with the lack of card draw on the unawakened side. In this deck, we will make those puny 10k tokens a force to be reckoned with!
Let's start with the leader:
As I mentioned above, on attack it plays a Chilled's Army Token. Awakens to draw 2. Then has 15k only on your turn, and draws and plays at token on attack. Now this might seem rather underwhelming, but with the set 8 Baby package, all those 10k beaters become a mountain for your opponent to overcome. First thing we need to do is awaken so that we can keep cards flowing to our hand. That's where these cards come in.
4x SS3 Son Goku, the Last Straw and 3x Digging Deep Vegeta
SS3 Goku is excellent in this deck, helping you keep your hand side up, awaken, and pressure your opponent hard. Digging Deep Vegeta is less likely to be used for self awakening, but it's there if needed. Let's look at the Baby cards.
This card is good to find your pieces, and also for arrival fodder. I'm undecided between this and the Bulla searcher, so just keep that in mind.
4x Super Baby 2, Malicious Majesty & 2x Baby Vegeta, an Unfair Choice
The majority of the time, you want to be playing Super Baby 2, Malicious Majesty, which negs your opponent's battle cards and leader by 20k, making your tokens a serious threat - this is essentially the end game goal of the deck. Problem is you need to get to 5 energy to play it. Once you have the 5 drop out you can go for game. The 3 drop is to help you control the game until you can go off.
This is more of a pressure card that just keeps on theme. 30k Dual Attack Crit if you play it on the turn you awaken.
4x Super Baby 1, All-Consuming Terror, Super Baby 1, Parasitic Menace & 3x Great Ape Baby, the Ultimate Evil Lifeform
If you want to go off earlier, you can arrival this 4 drop baby for 1 energy, then evolve it to the 5 drop power booster for free to neg an opponents battle card and draw 1, then pay two to evolve it into the Great Ape Baby, the Ultimate Evil Lifeform. This card serves to neg your opponents leader, and also help you with hand size if you have the life to use it's activate main multiple times.
The last Baby card in the deck is the newly revealed SCR, which on it's own can swing the odds heavily in your favour if you manage to keep a wide board.

Counter Package: 3x Time Magic, Champa the Trickster & Flying Nimbus, & 2x Toppo, Righteous Aid
This deck can be very vulnerable with your leader only ever being 10k on your opponents turn, so counters are essential. We have a big package to help us stay alive until it's go time.
A 0+10000 super combo is essential in this deck for early defense.

This deck is sure to take your opponents off guard, even if it isn't the most amazing deck ever made. I'm sure some tweaks could be made to get this deck even more tuned, so let us know your thoughts!
